Shipping and delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the destination and the product you order. For domestic orders in the UK, please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. International orders can vary from 3-14 working days depending on different rules. For more information please contact us.

Will my order be tracked?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will be given a notification along with a link to track your order.

Where can you ship to?

We can ship to most countries in the world including military bases. However,  shipping is not currently offered to Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Can I return my item?

As each garment is printed to order, unfortunately we do not offer returns due to customer errors, for example ordering the wrong size. Please choose the size accordingly by referring to our sizing guides.

How do refunds work?

If the item delivered does not match your order, please contact us and we will arrange either a refund or a send you another one free of charge.

Payments and orders

What payment methods do you offer?

There are several ways for you to pay including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, debit card and credit cards.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Products and services

What size should I buy?

Our products have a size guide on the product page, please view this accurately to make sure you select the right size. You can also find more sizing information here. Please do not buy to size as each product is printed individually and we do not accept returns for wrong sizes.

Are your products unisex?

Yes, our garments are gender neutral. The products we offer are straight-cut, which is nearly identical to the men's cut. It is unfitted and not meant to hug a woman's shape. If you prefer a women's cut, feel free to contact us before purchasing and we will see if we can provide this for you. 

Do you offer personalisation?

All of our products can be customised and personalised. Please let us know if you want specific changes to the text, colour, design or anything else to make your purchase unique. 

What are the care instructions?

To maintain the longevity of your garment, machine wash cold using a mild detergent on a gentle cycle. We advise to wash the garment inside out with similar colours. Tumble dry on a low heat, and do not iron or dry clean.

What if I can't find an item that I'm looking for?

We have a unique range of designs inspired from popular culture, music, film and sports. If you can't find anything you want using the search bar on the top left, get in touch with us if you'd like to request a custom design. If you see a design that you like and want it on another product such a sweatshirt or hoodie, please let us know.
